I graduated from UNC-G with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Home Econimics Education. I spent the first 16 years of my career in Food Service Management with post graduate work in Foods and Nutrition. I am a certified Dietary Manager, Serve Safe Certified and have attended the Biltimore Culinary Internship. I have been teaching Family and Consumer Science for the past 16 years.
