WELCOME TO FOODS & NUTRITION!!!

 

I am new to the EDHS teaching family this year.  I have been married to my high school sweetheart, Mark, for over 20 years. He is the Associate Pastor of our church in Archdale. Together we have three daughters. Kelsey is in her senior year of high school, Katlyn is a sophomore, and Annaleigh is in the Second Grade. We are very active in our church and community. I have spent the majority of my adult life working in the corporate world of healthcare, and I am extremely excited to start this new chapter as an East Davidson Eagle.

Working with students and young adults and teaching them life skills such as how to navigate in a kitchen and cook a few basic meals once they step into their next chapter of life, is a passion of mine. 

I also love traveling to historical areas, sloths, pickles and food trucks!
